MESAWEDGE SC-1000
MesaWedge SuperChem 1000 seal systems are designed to prevent product loss and atmospheric contamination from Internal Floating Roof Tanks (IFRT). MesaWedge seal systems meet or exceed environmental regulations and are designed to ensure effective operation in specific tank conditions.

SC-1000 may be used as a primary seal system (Single MesaWedge) or combination primary and secondary seal system (Double MesaWedge--shown at right). MesaWedge SC-1000 offers the following features:

• Seal material: 65-A Duro Urethane (thermoset)
• Exceptional chemical resistance, including neat MTBE, gasoline and 100% aromatics
• Excellent flexibility and abrasion resistance
• Available widths: 9 to 16 inches
• Temperature range: -20 to 150 deg. F
• Factory splicing or field splicing kit available
• Pre-radiused sections available for storage tanks under 40 ft in diameter

SC-1400 may be used as a primary seal system (Single MesaWedge) or combination primary and secondary seal system (Double MesaWedge--shown at right). MesaWedge SC-1400 offers the following features:

• Seal material: 70 Duro Nitrile/PVC
• Exceptional chemical resistance to alcohol, ethanol and other specialty applications
• Excellent flexibility and abrasion resistance
• Available widths: 12 inches
• Temperature range: -40 to 220 deg. F
• Splicing kit available
