MESAFLEX©  FLEXIBLE PIPE INSTALLATION

The following checklist is an example of the type of instructions that customers receive upon ordering a MESAFLEX system. In addition, customers can expect detailed drawings showing the flexible pipe configuration in the storage tank (based on data sheet info submitted by customer) and complete procedures for installation. In addition, Mesa staff are available UPON REQUEST in a supervisory role to ensure a successful installation and/or provide training for future orders.

1. Find Packet of Instructions
In clear envelope placed inside the shipping box or provided by a Mesa Representative. Packet to include: AST Tank Layout, Installation Instructions, roof and floor spool recommendations, Hydrostatic Test Certificate, Installation Check List, Leg Guard Installation, Warranty, Tank Hydro Test and Packing List. Site personnel should review all documents before proceeding with the installation. If anything is not clear or if any of the dimensions shown do not comply with those of the tank, stop immediately and review discrepancy with Mesa before proceeding.
