Vapor Bladders are produced in-house to ensure quality control over each stage of the production process. Vapor Bladders are constructed of a custom MesaThane 6036FCAS material containing a closely woven nylon fabric for high tensile strength. The material is maximized for chemical resistance, tensile strength and extreme temperature applications.
MesaThane 6036.45FCAS is an ether based urethane and nylon material designed for applications requiring superior tensile strength and vapor transmission rates. Applications include floating roof tank seals, vapor collection
bladders and other environmental protection / emission
reduction applications.
MesaThane 6036FCA seal material is most commonly offered in 45 mil gauge for applications including vapor bladders, collection bladders, gas holders and other gas collection diaphragms. Vapor Bladders are designed and manufactured
to include overlapping seams that maintain the seal while providing superior bond strength-- stronger than the base material itself. MesaThane material also features high abrasion resistance to meet the demands of the Vapor Holder application.
