ARMOR-CLAD©  FLEXIBLE PIPE DATA SHEET & MESA AST DRAWINGS

Mesa's ARMOR-CLAD Flexible Pipe is engineered to a custom length, size and configuration for each customer. This customization ensures that the roof drain (or other flexible pipe conduit system) is installed in the tank with a predicable lay pattern. Achieving a successful installation of ARMOR-CLAD flexible pipe involves the following procedures:

1. Customer (or in some cases Mesa staff) measure the tank, record all information on the roof drain data sheet and submit to Mesa.
2. Mesa's engineering department analyzes data sheet information and provides the "AST Drawing" which details the layout of the flexible pipe within the tank.
3. Mesa ships flexible pipe with AST Drawing, additional installation instructions, certificates, checklist, warranty and hydrotesting recommendation.
4. Customer installs the flexible pipe with supervision from Mesa or a Mesa representative.
